Motivation


Psychologist? A and philosophers? A. In psychology and philosophy, motivation are the stimuli which move the person to perform certain actions and persist in them for completion. This term is related to desire and interest.

The various schools of psychology have different theories about the motivation stems and their effect on observable behavior. The motivation necessarily require that there is any need for any degree, it can be absolute, relative, pleasure or luxury. Whenever something is motivated, it is considered that something is necessary or desirable. Motivation is the tie that binds or takes such action to meet that need or convenience, or to quit.

The reasons can be grouped into several categories:

First, there are the emotional and rational reasons. The reasons may be egocentric or altruistic. The reasons may also be of attraction or rejection, as moving to do something for others or stop doing something that is being done or could do.

Motivation can also be due to factors intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The first comes from the personal understanding of the world and the second coming of external incentives on certain factors.

All these factors can increase or decrease in the space around the individual, however, the intrinsic factors that depend on the meaning of the person making it. While the so-called extrinsic factors also depend on this interpretation of the person, they can radically change very quickly while intrinsic job require assimilation best suited to the individual's mind. Intrinsic factors dealing with the wishes of the people to do things by considering them important or interesting.
