Who is Jon Gabriel? Know Your History
Jon Gabriel has an amazing weight loss story. He lost 103 kilos without dieting and has maintained her weight for over 5 years. But what is equally interesting is the history of weight gain, since it is the cornerstone of many of its techniques and principles used in the method of Gabriel.
Jon was not always fat. He grew up as a man naturally thin and smooth with their weight. That all changed when he got a high stress job on Wall Street. He won 4 and a half kilos in the first year of work. With continuous increase in weight up to 100 kilos, he decided to start dieting. At first he lost some weight, but then succumbed to temptation and binge eating, breaking and ending diet regain the weight lost.
Jon sometimes felt like I was on a diet just to maintain your current weight. Diets and weight gain continued for the next 11 years, Jon finally weighed over 180 kilos. One night while driving home had a revelation, a realization. He decided firmly that he would never make any diet. He began to think there was any reason why your body wanted to be fat and the key to your success in your weight loss was to find out why his body wanted to be fat.
Jon intensely immersed in the study and research on obesity, weight gain and body. He spent hours researching each day. Jon is a graduate in Biochemistry and he was able to see your transfused in science education. He also researched and studied on health related topics. What he found would change forever as also change other people who wanted to lose weight forever.
