Editors Small Business Plans
Write a business plan is very important for a small business. You have to explain the background, qualifications, experience and ability to implement the project. A good business plan is absolutely essential to get the banks and financial institutions to lend money for the project
Your business plan should explain who is starting the project. What is the project? When you start the project? Why start the project? How are you going about it? The results expected from the project, should be mentioned.
The background and qualifications must be explained in detail. You should explain what projects you did before. You should give a detailed explanation of the product or service you're launching. And the competition you might face. If you are already in business, you should also provide details of the activities of the company or business. The expected revenue should be mentioned in detail.
If this is a new activity details of how you are setting up the business. How long it would take to set it up? The production and sales targets should also be mentioned. How to meet these targets must be explained.
Where are you going to start the task? Whether it's a shop or a factory? How are you acquiring the land? The details of the construction of the building and costs should be mentioned.
Your marketing plan should be explained. Who are your customers and how you intend to achieve them must be explained. If you are hiring a marketing company to market the product or the marketing on their own must be explained. If you are planning an expansion, the details of how it would be funded should be mentioned.
You have to do some 'work on the ground and research before starting any new project. It 's always better to have contingency plans to overcome any unforeseen problems. I saw people displaying different scenarios, and to make plans to address them. It 's always better to look before you leap....
