Your business plan is the business card of your company. Allows you to see your business through the eyes of your investor. As the name suggests is a plane of your company, your communications tool; sell your marketing, sales and operations.
Every time you meet with a property manager about leasing space for your business or have a meeting with a potential lender / investor is your business plan that will do most of the conversation.
Use your business plan to present the business concept in other distance can understand. You should focus on exactly what you want to get to where you want your business to go and how you plan to get there. The projected sales and monthly expenses will be also included in the plan. All this information will influence your choices, including the type of position that is looking for.
