Kick off Customer Service Week with a breakfast. Service Bagels, juice and coffee mugs featuring the company logo and some words of appreciation. They are key members of your company to make a speech or presentation to allow anyone in your company knows the value of good customer service.
Have a recognition ceremony to reward employees for their years of service, a job well done or a customer testimonial. Serve the ice cream, cakes or biscuits to make the event even sweeter.
