Team building means different things to different people, ranging from a fun experience serious intentions of behavioral change. According to its official definition, team building refers to the process of creating and developing a greater sense of collaboration and trust between team members. A variety of organizations, companies, schools and other institutions have decided to invest in building the team, participating in interactive exercises, technical evaluation team and group discussions that help grow this great sense of teamwork.
