Disc golf (sometimes called Frisbee Golf) is a disc game in which individual players throw a flying disc into a basket or a target. It 'similar to traditional golf and uses much of the same rules and terminology. This form of golf has no rule concerning how many discs a disc golfer can carry. Golfers disk must have a support point (usually a foot, but can be any part of the body) on the playing surface within 30cm behind the front edge of which the previous stroke landed (if inbounds) point is released in the next roll. Disc Golf has no "danger" as defined golf ball.

Frisbee Golf has overcome its reputation as a game associated with hippies and hemp, and basa its appeal across a wide spectrum of students at Princeton. The rules are simple and easy to learn. These rules also take on a special route designed just for Frisbee golf. Frisbee golf rules do not specify how you should throw the frisbee.

Despite the fact that golf discs fly twice as hard Frisbee, Frisbee Golf is a golf more enjoyable activity, especially for young people. Played much like the International Handball, Frisbee Golf is a fast-moving sports team headed by floating feather of a large Frisbee. Fun for all ages; This form of golf is as easy as finding a Frisbee and a bucket or two. The sport of Frisbee golf is very popular among both men and women, and many schools have their own teams or clubs.

The players who launch with a large amount of release should launch the disks more stable, while a player that does not generate a large amount of snap should throw under stable discs. The attacks are made in two ways: by throwing a disc into play in court of the opponents in an attempt to have the hard stop within that court without ever having touched out-of-bounds, or by both discs to be touched by a player or players of the opposing team, at the same time (called "double"). Players may not run while holding the disc. Players throw a frisbee moving the wrist, so that the disk spins, such as by browsing through the air. Professional players consider around 200-250ft shot to be one approach. Players complete a hole by hitting a target with the Frisbee.

Frisbee golf is similar to traditional golf and uses much of the same rules and terminology. This is a free way to spend time with friends, get exercise and enjoy nature, is a fun sport that almost anyone can participate, and is very fun to do. "For me, it's one of those sports people of all ages can play, if you are competitive or not."...
